Assassin's Creed Unity Murder Mystery Guide
The Red Ghost of the Tuileries
There's a lot of sniffing around to do for this case, although it is one of the more interesting mysteries that you'll stumble across. You'll need to pick a level 3 lock to enter the room and kick off the investigation (available after completing sequence 9), but if you have enough lock picks, a little skill and a large dollop of luck, you should be able to make your way in with level 2 lockpicking (available after completing sequence 5).

Technically, this case was a suicide, but Beaudoin was pushed into it by Counselor LeGall, so he's going to jail!
The Counselor is outside of the office, so you can accuse him moments after beginning the case.
