You can buy your way into Epic Games' Paragon starting March 14

We already knew that Paragon, the third-person MOBA from Epic Games, was coming to PS4 in 2016 - we just didn't know that it would be this soon. According to creative director Steve Superville, the game will be available starting March 18. This isn't a straight-up launch however, as the game is still in development.

Like many of its ilk, this MOBA is selling "Founder's Packs," AKA a collection of in-game unlocks such as skins and boosts, as well as an invitation to participate in the closed beta. While the full version of the game will be free, these Founder's Packs will cost $20 when they go on sale beginning March 14. There are also Challenger Packs and Master Packs for $60 and $100 respectively that will give players even more digital goodies, plus a Founder's Pack to share with a friend. For now, Epic isn't specifying what comes in any of the packs.

If you'd rather wait and not spend money, Paragon will move to open beta phase this summer, with a full launch later in the year. If you want to see the game in action, why not take a gander at this lovely announce trailer?
