World 6-1: Chomp Rock Challenge
Red Coin 1 – 6: Drop through the flippers and roll the Chomp Rock along a bit to kick start the Flatbed Ferry. Navigate your way along the ferries in this area, collecting the coins along the way, for a total of 6 red coins. One of them will be dangling from a Fly Guy.
Flower 1: Continue right to the Egg-Plant, stock up here and then go back to the left to the previous screen. Use the eggs to destroy the spikes and as you do so a hidden ‘?’ cloud containing a flower will appear.
Star 1 – 10: Head right and to the Middle Ring at the end for 10 stars.
Red Coin 7 – 10: Use the bouncy ball to bounce up to warp pipe on the left. Collect the coins along the Flatbed Ferry route here for 4 red coins.
Flower 2: To the right of the exit warp pipe is a hidden ‘?’ cloud containing a flower.
Star 11 – 15: Leave the warp pipe area and jump into the air above the warp pipe that spits out Yoshi to reveal a hidden ‘?’ cloud full of stars.
Star 16 – 20: Scale the platforms then smash through the barrier on the left to find a ‘?’ cloud for 5 stars. Pick up the purple egg from this alcove before leaving.
Red Coin 11: Go back to the centre area, climb the platforms here and shoot an egg into the ‘?’ cloud at the top for the next red coin.
Star 21 – 25: Pop to the right and up the the platforms here. Roll the Chomp Rock into the spike pit then pop back to the centre area and jump into the air here for a hidden ‘?’ cloud for more stars.
Flower 3: When the Chomp Rock falls into the spike pit, it will prompt a hidden ‘?’ cloud to appear that contains a flower.
Star 26 – 35: Continue upwards until you reach the ‘?’ cloud that drops the giant bouncy ball. Bounce up and to the left, through the Middle Ring for 10 stars.
Flower 4: The fourth flower is above the gap here. You can use an egg to reach it.
Red Coin 13 – 20: Continue right to the next area and get ready for another Chomp chase. You’ll get a few brief moments of respite that will allow you to shoot off an egg to collect out of reach coins. Grab all of the coins along here for the last of the red coins.
Flower 5: The last flower is along the Chomp chase route.
