Yakuza: of the End demo coming this Thursday

Get yourJapanese PSN accountsready. The Yakuza: of the End (OTE) demo is releasing tomorrow on the service, and it will be your chance to play the game before its prequel, Yakuza 4, hits western shelves later this month.The demo stars Shun Akiyama, loan shark with a heart of gold and one of Yakuza 4's four playable characters. It will be western fans' first chance to try the gun-battle system in OTE, a new feature for the series. Japanese players have already had the opportunity to play the game at various retail events.

Yakuza:of the Endis scheduled for release in Japan this month and has not been confirmed for a western release. However, if Yakuza 3 and 4 are any indication,expect a localizedEnglish version of the game sometime next spring. Until then, this is your only chance to kill zombies in Tokyo's red light district.
