Watch the Zombieland TV show trailer
Zombieland's back. Kinda.
Movie franchises don't have a great legacy of transferring to the small screen ( Ferris Bueller : The TV Series - never forget).
So we're nothing if not intrigued by the first trailer for Amazon's new Zombieland show.
The US online giant is launching seven new sitcom pilots as part of a new attempt to compete with streaming giant Netflix, and a spin-off of the 2009 zom-com is leading the charge.
The series continues the zombie/Woody Harrelson-splattering adventures of Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and Little Rock, although Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin won't be revisiting their respective roles.
On the plus side, the original creative team of writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, and producer Gavin Polone are steering the ship.
