This is yet another laptop and hard drive located on a rooftop, so careful inspection of inclined planes and climbable points should lead you to the waypoint. We managed to find a ramp nearby that helped steer us toward the hard drive. Find a worn out painting of a preppy man on a door to find the hard drive nearby.
