All Warzone weapon buffs, nerfs, and changes in Season 4 Reloaded
Which guns got buffed in the latest Warzone update?
Plenty of Warzone gun buffs and nerfs have arrived with the Season 4 Reloaded update, including tweaks to Vanguard’s most lethal assault rifles. This update patch seeks to rein in a variety of attachments for those low-recoil assault rifles, such as the BAR and STG44, while also buffing plenty of other attachments for all sorts of other weapons. Warzone Season 4 Reloaded is really shaking things up for a mid-season update, so it’ll be interesting to see how the meta changes for the rest of Warzone Season 4. Here are the all the guns that got buffed and nerfed in the latest Warzone weapon update, with full details of all the weapon and attachment adjustments:

This mid-season update also brought out a new zombie-themed public event on the Fortune’s Keep map called Cursed Ground. The new Operator, Ikenna Olowe, also joins the battle along with the Vargo-S Assault Rifle – playing as Olowe while using this gun will also grant bonus Weapon and Operator XP. Terminator 2 fans can also get their Arnie on with T-800 and T-1000 skin bundles that will be available for a limited time throughout August. Warzone Assault Rifle buffs and nerfs
Assault Rifle Alpha – STG44 (Vanguard)
Horizontal recoil control gained from VDD 760MM 05B barrel has been decreased from 40% to 30%
Horizontal recoil control gained from Krausnick 620mm Precision has been decreased from 40% to 30%

Assault Rifle Alpha – Kilo 141 (Modern Warfare)
Mid damage step removed
Minimum damage increased from 18 to 23
Assault Rifle Bravo – Itra Burst (Vanguard)
Muzzle Velocity penalty from .303 British 36 Round Mags reduced from -20% to -10%
Assault Rifle Charlie – BAR (Vanguard)
Vertical and horizontal recoil control gained from CGC 30” XL barrel has been decreased from 28% to 20%
Horizontal recoil control gained from CGC 27” 2B barrel has been decreased from 35% to 25%
Vertical and horizontal recoil control gained from 8mm Klauser 40 Round Mags has been decreased from 16% to 11%
Recoil Control gained from Chariot WR stock has been slightly decreased from 14% to 12%
Recoil Control gained from Hardscope perk has been decreased
Assault Rifle Charlie – Krig 6 (BOCW)
Mid damage increased from 25 to 26
Headshot locational damage multiplier increased from 1.5 to 1.55
Assault Rifle Delta – NZ-41 (Vanguard)
Sustained recoil control decreased from 35.6 meters to 33.5 meters
Maximum damage range decreased slightly decreased from 34 to 30
Neck damage multiplier decreased from 1.3 to 1.27
Assault Rifle Echo – Volkssturmgewehr (Vanguard)
Headshot locational damage multiplier increase from 1.55 to 1.61
7.62 Gorenko 40 Round Mags have been changed with increased capacity (was 40 rounds, now 45), removed damage penalty, decreased damage range by 15%, increased fire rate (was 6.7%, now 7.5%), and decreased recoil control (was 40%, now 20%)

.30 Russian Short 45 Round Drums have been improved with increased muzzle velocity (was 10%, now 25%), increased bonus damage (was 10%, now 11%), and a smaller vertical recoil penalty (was -30%, now -26%)
Assault Rifle Foxtrot – M13 (Modern Warfare)
Neck Locational damage multiplier increased from 1.01 to 1.3
Assault Rifle Golf – FARA 83 (BOCW)
Max damage range increased from 25.4 meters to 28 meters

Horizontal recoil control gained from 9mm 60 Round Drums has been decreased from 29.5% to 11%
Assault Rifle Juliet – KG M40 (Vanguard)
Maximum damage range decreased from 33 meters to 30.5 meters
Minimum damage decreased from 26 to 25
Headshot locational damage multiplier decreased from 1.5 to 1.46
Horizontal recoil control gain from Reisdorf 720mm Shrouded barrel decreased from 35% to 20%
Recoil control penalty from .30-06 60 Round Drums decreased from -40% to -35%
Assault Rifle Kilo – Nikita AVT (Vanguard)
Movement speed scale increased from 0.86 to 0.87
ADS movement speed scale increased from 1.2 to 1.22
Empress 613mm FA barrel has been improved with increased movement speed (was -3%, now -2.5%), smaller ADS time penalty (was -8%, now -6%), increased recoil control (was 10%, now 11%), and a smaller sprint to fire penalty (was -5%, now -4.5%)
6.5 Sakura 60 Round Drums have also been adjusted with decreased damage range (was -4%, now -6%), lower muzzle velocity (was -6%, now -10%), increased recoil control (was 2%, now 2.5%), and a small bump to hipfire accuracy (was 4%, now 4.5%)

Headshot locational damage multiplier increased from 1.56 to 1.6
Minimum damage increased from 24 to 28

ADS transition out time decreased from 390ms to 380ms
ADS time bonus from VDD RE02K optic increased from 12% to 13%
Damage penalty removed and ADS time penalty decreased from -4% to -3% on 6.5mm Sakura 5 Round Mags
Sniper Rifle Delta – Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle (Vanguard)
ADS transition in time decreased from 600ms to 520ms
ADS transition out time decreased from 460ms to 410ms

Marksman Rifle Alpha – M1 Garand (Vanguard)
Lower extremities damage multiplier increased from 0.8 to 1
Muzzle velocity increase from Cooper 21” Shrouded raised from 30% to 35%
.303 British 12 Round Clips have been adjusted with a decreased muzzle velocity penalty (was -20%, now -10%), removed damage penalty, increased damage range penalty (was -20%, now -30%), and decreased rate of fire bonus (was34.5%, now 17.5%)
Movement speed penalty from .30-06 20 Round Drums increased from -2% to -2.5%
Marksman Rifle Alpha – R1 Shadowhunter (BOCW)
Bolt Accuracy increased by 50%
Marksman Rifle Delta – Crossbow (Modern Warfare)

Warzone Light Machine Gun buffs and nerfs
Light Machine Gun Echo – Whitely (Vanguard)
Horizontal recoil control from 28” Gracey Mk.9 increased from 20% to 22%
26” Gracey Rapid has been adjusted with a 35% decrease in bonus rate of rate, increased maximum damage (was 21, now 26), increased minimum damage (was 17, now 20), decreased muzzle velocity penalty (Was -16%, now -10%), and a decreased horizontal recoil penalty (was -30%, now -22%)
.50 BMG 150 Round Boxes have had their recoil control penalty decreased from -25% to -22% and the view center scaler increased from 0.77 to 0.82
.303 British 45 Round Mags have had their fire rate bonus decreased from 5% to 4%, horizontal recoil control increased from 28% to 30%, and vertical recoil control increased from 22% to 26%
CGC R2 Padded now has a decreased initial recoil penalty (was -3%, now -2%) and an increased sustained recoil bonus (was 3%, now 4%)
Light Machine Gun Foxtrot – UGM-8 (Vanguard)
The Romauld 560mm DA attachment has had its neck locational damage multiplier increased from 1.3 to 1.6 and its horizontal recoil control increased by 10%
Warzone Tactical Rifle buffs and nerfs
Tactical Rifle Bravo – M16 (BOCW)
Maximum damage increased from 40 to 42
Neck locational damage multiplier increased from 1.1 to 1.21
Tactical Rifle Echo – CARV.2 (BOCW)
Maximum damage range increased from 30.5 meters to 33 meters
Warzone Pistol buffs and nerfs
Pistol Melee Lunge Distance decreased from 1.83 meters to 1.52 meters
Handgun Echo – .50 GS (Modern Warfare)
Maximum damage increased from 70 to 91
Mid damage increased from 49 to 65
Minimum damage increased from 45 to 55
Handgun Bravo – RATT (Vanguard)
Mid damage increased from 26 to 28
The Empress 129mm B03TT attachment’s fire rate penalty has been decreased from -38% to -29%
7.62 Gorenko 14 Round Mags have had their muzzle velocity penalty and damage range penalty decreased from -20% to -10%
.45 ACP 12 Round Mags have had their locational damage penalty removed
