Does greatness skip a generation? We'll find out when Warhawk hits the PS3 later this year
In addition to the action in the demo, Warhawk promises to take full advantage of the PS3's capabilities with huge aerial battles against entire fleets of enemies (and itgoes without saying that any cinematics it might have will probably be better than the cheesy live-action scenes in the original). Assuming it plays at least as well as Incognito's other recent efforts (War of the Monsters, Twisted Metal: Black), this could be a hottitle when the console launches later this year.

After graduating from college in 2000 with a BA in journalism, I worked for five years as a copy editor, page designer and videogame-review columnist at a couple of mid-sized newspapers you've never heard of. My column eventually got me a freelancing gig with GMR magazine, which folded a few months later. I was hired on full-time by GamesRadar in late 2005, and have since been paid actual money to write silly articles about lovable blobs.
