Want to listen to Porgs sing the Star Wars theme? Of course you do!

The internet has thrown up many a mashup over the years, but this will probably never be bettered. Star Wars: The Last Jedi is giving us so much to talk about, but Porgs are the numero uno of our hearts right now. So, it’s only fitting that someone has seen fit to recreate the Star Wars theme using only Porg sounds. The results are INCREDIBLE.

Volpe Music has taken to YouTube to orchestrate a Porg symphony using only the sounds coming from a Porg toy. Now that is dedication.

If you thought the song would sound like a complete and utter mess then, well, think again. Porgmania is sweeping the world, baby, and this song is our anthem.

It’s even come with its own Porg text crawl. Don’t go expecting Phantom Menace levels of walls of complex text and political intrigue, though. This one is nice and simple and features only one word repeated over and over and over again. You guessed it: Porg.

If – either ironically or unironically – you’re not on board with the Porg bandwagon then I hope this is a crucial time in your life where you change the mind. Open your eyes. The world is bright and full of Porgs.

May the Porgs be with you.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi, however, isn’t packed wall-to-wall with Porgs, as amazing as that would be. There’s also a really cool Return of the Jedi Easter egg in the new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer, as well as Rian Johnson revealing who The Last Jedi in the title is really referring to. Spoiler: it’s not a Porg.
