Venom spin-off to be entitled Venom Carnage
While Doc Ock is thought to be the leader of The Sinister Six
It's all about the Spider-Man spin-offs as new details emerge about The Sinister Six , as well as news that Sony’s Venom movie is to be entitled Venom Carnage .
That supposed title would suggest the involvement of Cletus Kasady (AKA the psychopathic Carnage) in Alex Kurtzman’s new film, although no plot details have been officially confirmed as yet.
Meanwhile, new information has also emerged regarding Drew Goddard’s The Sinister Six , which is said to position Doctor Octopus as the leader of the newly-assembled team of super-villains.
We’re still waiting on confirmation of which five villains he will be leading, although Deadline moots Vulture, Mysterio, Electro, Sandman and Kraven The Hunter as a likely combination.
The Sinister Six is currently slated to open in the US on 11 November 2016, and while Venom Carnage has yet to receive an official release date, Deadline reveals that it could make its bow in 2017...
