It’s been a slow week in Twitsville. Nothing to do with the fact Tweets Of The Week has been keeping odd hours because of a trip to Canadia. In fact if there’s a US-centric feel to this week’s roundup, now you know why. Our transatlantic jaunt has highlighted one of the quirkier things we like about Twitter, however, when the UK goes to sleep all our American friends come out to play. There are few things that make the world feel more connected than Twitter.
As this is the last Tweets Of The Week before Christmas, however, it wouldn’t be right for us to go without a bit of festive cheer. Fortunately, at midday today @ jonnymorris1973 and a tonne of writers connected to Doctor Who had a Band Aid sing-a-long - which you can see below (forgive us for not including all the pictures, it would have taken till 2012).
