The Golden Globes might be dominating the headlines this morning but, as every über-geek knows, the big news this week is that Torchwood: Miracle Day has officially started shooting in the US of A. How do we know? Thanks to the friendly folk at @ BBC_Torchwood of course, who have been tweeting enough tantalising snippets from the set to whip up a fanboy/girl frenzy.
They haven’t let slip too much, but from their tweets so far we know that an early scene featuring former ER star Mekhi Phifer takes place in a hospital and that Captain Jack will be getting a fabulous new outfit. Before arming yourself with a pitchfork and picketing the offices of Starz, however, bear in mind that Jack’s coat will return – albeit in a stylish new design.
