The poster for writer/director Terrence Mallick’s The Tree Of Life has been released. See if you can spot the dinosaur. The film, starring Brad Pitt, Sean Penn and Jessica Chastain, sounds like a pretty heavy, arty drama about “the tale of a Texas boy’s journey from the innocence of childhood to his disillusioned adult years as a ‘lost soul in the modern world’ and his quest to regain meaning in life” but it apparently has surreal and sci-fi elements. Sounds like a Darren Aronofsky film to us.
Blue Beetle And Booster Gold In Smallville
TVGuide has posted the first image of two lesser known DC superheroes who’ll be appearing in an upcoming episode of Smallville , “Booster”, written by Geoff Johns (the highly-respected DC comic scribe who also wrote last year’s Smallville episode featuring the Justice Society). The episode apparently features the “origin” of The Blue Beetle.
