The character customizations in Mass Effect are highly detailed and integrate seamlessly into the game's chatty plot-building sequences. We were so impressed that we had to put together this montage of 12 different custom characters playing out the same scene.
Keep an eye out for "Bubblegum Girl," our favorite of the bunch, who does this cute pouty thing with her lips just before speaking. And brace yourself against the horrors of "Chimp Lady," a character so grotesque that its creator's mind must surely have gone mad, cracking under the weight of options and sliders.
