Tom Hanks reveals there could be a Toy Story 4
“I think they’re working on it now,” actor says
Pixar may have appeared to bid farewell to Woody, Buzz and co in Toy Story 3, but according to star Tom Hanks, their adventures could be far from over.
While out promoting his new film Larry Crowne , Hanks was asked if he thought there could be a Toy Story 4 in the pipeline, to which the actor answered:
“I think there will be yeah. Yeah, yeah. I think they’re working on it now. There you go.”
That’s not massively surprising when you consider that Toy Story 3 tapped $1bn in worldwide ticket sales. But it is surprising considering how much of a trilogy closer the third film was.
While we love the Toy Story trilogy as it is, the thought of another feature length movie with Woody and co has us as excited as little green aliens hopped up on caffeine.
Now let's see if Pixar follows Hanks' apparent slip-up with an official announcement...
