Time to catch up with Alysia with part two of her Ring Fit Adventure journey

Our intrepid Ring Fit Adventure explorer, Alysia, is back for part two of her journey with the unique fitness Nintendo Switch title, which comes complete with the Ring-Con accessory for a powerful workout.

While part one was just Alysia's initial introduction to Ring Fit Adventure, she's since been learning how easy it makes to add exercise to her busy schedule - and have great fun at the same time.

From battling enemies using workout routines and coming face to face with your in-game nemesis, Dragaux for the first time, Alysia's discovering that Ring Fit Adventure has a lot of personality and variation to organically add to her workout sessions.

Of course, there's also the realization that the hench Dragaux is far from a pushover and is the kind of villain that enjoys building a huge staircase to tackle before you face him. Although, that just makes beating him all the more satisfying, especially as he reminds her of the kinds of people that put her off going to a gym.

Next time around, Alysia looks set to investigate the kind of workout options that lie beyond the game's campaign in Ring Fit Adventure, with custom workouts that can be focused on a specific part of the body or tailored to the time you have to spend exercising each day.

We're looking forward to Alysia discovering just how flexible Ring Fit Adventure can be when trying to factor in exercise to a busy lifestyle.
