This great Zelda Tears of the Kingdom OLED Switch deal isn't even part of Prime Day
An Amazon-approved seller is flogging them for less than £300
Zelda Tears of the Kingdom fans, rejoice: we've just found a non-Prime Day Tears of the Kingdom OLED deal that will save you £27. We caught the offer on Amazon UK, where's it's currently being sold at a discount by an Amazon-approved seller for £292.04 (RRP £319.99). That means it's not one of our Prime Day Nintendo Switch deals – it's actually even better.
This special edition Nintendo Switch OLED bargain is a rare find, and despite the litany of attractive prices we've seen among our favorite Prime Day gaming deals, the £27 savings you could bag yourself are nothing to sniff at when it comes to this non-Prime Day offering. It's any Zelda fan's opportunity to snag the gold-embossed limited version of Nintendo's latest console for cheap, and Amazon members can take advantage of the extra discount that brings the price down from its initial £303 Prime Day benchmark to sit very close to its all-time low sales price. Like I said: bargain.
It's important to note that this deal is exclusive to the Amazon UK storefront. Readers from the States and beyond should keep scrolling to check out other Prime Day deals that will better suit where you're shopping from.

Should you buy the Nintendo Switch OLED Zelda Tears of the Kingdom edition?
In short, if you're a massive Zelda fan, this offer will be hard to pass up. The Tears of the Kingdom OLED Switch doesn't have any new or special functions unique to this edition itself, featuring the same removable OLED screen and dual Joy Con controllers as seen on the regular model, but from a cosmetic standpoint it certainly looks a lot grander than the monochrome alternative.
The OLED Switch would certainly be a step up if you own the other two models. "The new Nintendo handheld upgrade is a positively stunning 7-inch OLED screen that dominates the console in a way that makes it feel so much bigger than the original Switch or its smaller sibling, the Nintendo Switch Lite," we wrote in our Nintendo Switch OLED review, so there are plenty of reasons to upgrade yourself if you haven't already.
Those who already own an OLED might find it hard to justify spending the extra money on what is essentially the exact same machine, only prettier. If you just can't get enough of those beautiful gold and silver patterns, however, I'm sure you'll make it work. There seem to be a few sellers flogging the TOTK OLED for cheap, so even when these run out, do keep checking back.
