    To make your Sims have twins, get them pregnant, then once there pregnant, open up the cheat window (CTRL, Shift and C) and type in boolProp testingcheatsenabled true and press hold Shift while clicking on the pregnant Sim, and a lot of options come up, and look for Force Twins in there and click on it and wait! You have twins!
