Disney Plus has confirmed when The Marvels will be available to watch on the platform – and fortunately for fans, the streaming release date is in just a couple of weeks.

Starring Iman Vellani, Teyonah Parris, and Brie Larson, The Marvels takes place almost 30 years after the events of Captain Marvel, and sees Kamala Khan, Monica Rambeau, and Carol Danvers forced to form an unlikely team when their light-based powers become inexplicably entangled.

With vengeful Kree warrior Dar-Benn (Zawe Ashton) waging war across the galaxy, as she tries to find a new homeland for her people, the titular trio must work together – alongside Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Goose, of course – to save the universe. Easier said than done when every time they use their powers, they don't know whether they're going to stay put, or wind up in a spaceship, a living room in Jersey City, or someplace else entirely.

Soon, you'll be able to enjoy the cosmic chaos from the comfort of your sofa. Scroll on to find out when...

When is The Marvels streaming on Disney Plus?

The Marvels lands on Disney Plus on February 7, just as we predicted.

Typically, MCU entries take between 48-90 days to reach streaming after debuting in theaters. However, recent entries such as Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania have dropped on Disney Plus exactly 89 days after its release in cinemas. The Marvels, it turns out, is following suit.

Elsewhere, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ended up on the streamer within 82 days. Unlike Black Widow, The Marvels wasn't made available to rent on Disney Plus on the day it came out in cinemas, so February 7 marks the first time subscribers are gaining access to the superhero sequel.
