With Midna in tow, we set out for the game's second dungeon
About halfway through the dungeon, we came across the spot that was showcased at this year's E3. More magnets, more archers and more puzzles to warp your brain, naturally. You do finally find the bow and arrow in here, which functions just like the slingshot - z-lock to keep a target in your sights or use freehand aiming to test your slinging skills. Most of the time, you're going to want to stick with the lock-on technique.
As was the case with the demo, the boss is a towering, flaming beast that looks straight out of Lord of the Rings. Arrows temporarily blind the brute, then your iron boots give you enough "oomph" to grab his chains and take him down for a stab-athon on his head. Another dungeon, another piece for Midna's puzzle and another key item in Link's ever-growing arsenal.
The next time we visit Hyrule, it'll be for a review. If you're grabbing only one game for Wii, it needs to be this one. The graphics, the gameplay, everything blasts quality in all aspects. We've only got a few irks here and there, but overall, expect another top-grade adventure on November 19.
