The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Japanese poster revealed
Stylish artwork featuring Bilbo and co
As The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey ’s release date edges closer, a Japanese poster for the film has been unveiled.
A reminder of the worldwide impact the film’s set to have, the international one-sheet has glorious echoes of the posters for The Lord Of The Rings , with a lovely, semi-handdrawn quality to the finish.
With Martin Freeman at the core, holding the ring like Elijah Wood cradled it on the Fellowship posters, the golden glows brings an epic sheen to the proceedings.
And if Hobbits aren’t your thing, there are Dwarves aplenty, plus trolls, an Elf and a wizard.
Call us superficial, but why does Japanese script instantly make a poster exponentially cooler?
