Teri Polo faces horror with The Hole
Joe Dante is directing the supernatural tale
Teri Polo has joined the cast of Jo Dante’s latest, horror pic The Hole.
And the director will be embracing 3D with the supernatural tale, which finds a mother and her teen sons discovering a bottomless pit in their basement.
The Hollywood Reporter mentions that Polo will play the mother, while Haley Bennett is also joining the cast, playing a neighbour who lusts after one of the lads.
December shoot
Dante, working from a script from Vacancy writer Mark L Smith, will start shooting in Vancouver on December 5th.
We’re figuring B&A will try to get some sort of cross promotional deal going, offering solutions for homeowners to fix horrific, bottomless holes in their houses. Bit of plywood or a couple of sheets of MDF would do the job a treat, guv.
