This datacron can be seen as soon as you leave the taxi station in the Lower Wilds.

Endurance +2 (X: 150, Y: 78)

Right near the shuttle.

Red Matrix Shard (X: -55 , Y:379)

In the open area right before entering the heroic quest tombs.
