If you ever wanted to see the near-lurid details of a lightsaber hilt, Star Wars Battlefront has your hookup. Electronic Arts published a set of six of new high-res, in-engine images of various weapons, characters, and vehicles from the game over the weekend, and they're perfect for framing right on your desktop.
The X-Wing docked in minimalist grey space has classic appeal, and that's a classic pose for Lord Vader, but I'm most drawn to Han Solo's blaster pistol (or the one that looks a lot like it, any way). Look at the way its wooden grip is screwed down onto the handle, how the reflection on its scope is distorted from the curvature of the lens, and how its nozzle is slightly corroded from years of use. Granted, there's no way you'll be able to appreciate all those tiny details while you're actually playing, assuming they're rendered at all, but all the more reason to appreciate them whenever you boot up your computer.
