Spider-Man 3 at E3
[Multi] Activision to show sneak peak of new Spidey sequel
Monday 8 May 2006
Activision has announced that they will be showing a "sneak peak" of Spider-Man 3 for next-gen consoles at this week's E3.
The game of the last in the Spider-Man movie trilogy, will be used to demonstrate Activision's use of the next-gen technology and will reveal the new character model of the lycra clad hero.
The last movie game, Spider-Man 2, was a huge hit thanks to the dynamic web-slinging that gave gamers the freedom to explore a fully interactive New York City, so it should be interesting to see what Activision has managed to achieve for the next-gen machines.
The appearance of Spider-Man 3 adds to a very strong next-gen line-up for Activision at E3, with Call of Duty 3, Tony Hawk's Project 8 and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance confirmed for both PS3 and Xbox 360, and a completely new Tony Hawk game for Nintendo Wii to be called Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam.
