First, make sure you’ve got access to the Fartkour buddy power that you’ll unlock as you play through the game, then make your way over to SoDoSoPa on the far right-hand side of the map. You can either walk there or use the fast travel point. Once you arrive, walk over to the lofts and look for the small pinwheel fan. Interact with it and you’ll be able to call in the Human Kite to help you out.
Now complete the forthcoming quicktime events to work your way up the platforms above. You’ll need to hit the button indicated when the yellow circle is inside it.
When you reach the top, search the box on the platform to get the Black Panther outfit, then jump off the left-hand side of the platform. Complete the final quicktime event and, once you hit the ground, the Divine Wind trophy or achievement is yours.
