Playing Cards 1: As you pass the tents and ruined building to the east, while on the northwest side of the lake, you will come to a couple tents on the left side, in front of a large broken building. Near the beginning of the building on the ground floor will be an opening to the left of stairs that has the cards inside on the ground.
