Sky bringing shows to PSP
Sony and TV giant plan on-demand service
Friday 27 July 2007
Sky, purveyors of fine televisual entertainment, and Sony will soon be bringing an exciting on-demand service to PSP users in the UK and Ireland, offering film and video (by which we assume they mean 'TV') content to download and play on the handheld.
That's about all the info there is at the mo. Though, with Sky involved you can reasonably guess at the high-quality of the visual goodies on offer - think Lost, blockbuster Hollywood hits, and maybe even highlight clips from football or cricket matches.
Rest assured, though, as all questions will be answered at the Leipzig games event next month. Sony will reveal all the details on Wednesday 22 August, and we'll be there in person to relay the info to your screen.
