Simon Pegg and Lake Bell star in new trailer for Man Up: watch now
The first trailer has arrived online for Man Up, in which Lake Bell's perennially single thirtysomething is mistaken by Simon Pegg as his twentysomething blind date.
Instead of simply explaining the error, Bell's character decides just to roll with it, and the two embark on a wild night out together.
So ensues an evening of white lies, misunderstandings and extremely heavy drinking. Pretty much your standard first date then…
Take a look at the new trailer, below…
Looks like there's plenty of chemistry between Bell and the ever-likeable Pegg, with most of the gags on show here hitting their mark and solid support coming from the likes of Rory Kinnear and Olivia Williams.
Directed by Ben Palmer, the film will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 19th, before opening in the UK on 29 May 2015. A US date has yet to be confirmed.
