It's not often promo footage has us squirming in our seat (and still wanting to play the game afterwards) but this BioShock teaser from Microsoft's X06 conference reel is just that kind of footage. Check the movies tab to watch it for yourself, but be aware it's very much intended for a mature audience.
Though it's not a gameplay sequence, it's representative of the uncomfortable situation you're forced into in BioShock - whether you can bring yourself to hunt Little Sisters for their life-giving genetic material. And if the morality doesn't trouble you, then the threat of a pummelling from their protector Big Daddies might make you think twice.
