1 Jar Jar Binks
Star Wars: The Phantom Menace
Role: Computer generated comedy side kick. Popular “with the children”. Apparently (in which case why were toy shops full of unsold bendy Jars for years after the film was released?)
The painful truth: Oh how we laughed when he got his hand stuck in the pod racer engine. Oh we chortled as he reduced the land battle to The Chuckle Brothers’ Big Space Adventure. Oh how our sides split at such comedy gems as, “How wuuud!”, “How wuuud!” and the unforgettable, “How wuuud!” But his coup de grace has to be his hilariously groundbreaking “stepping in Bantha poo” routine. Meesa gonna puke.
