See Supreme Commander's new recruits

Hit PC real-time strategy game Supreme Commander is getting its first expansion - Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance - and we've got five smoking-hot screenshots of it in action. Impressively, Forged Alliance will work as a stand alone game in its own right (that is - you don't need the first one for it to work), featuring a whole new single-player campaign and a brand new faction to play around with.

Add in some 100 new units including fully-realized navies, orbital weaponry and "advanced counter intelligence technologies" (whatever they may be) and it looks like the game will be a tasty prospect whenit's released this November. Check out the first screensby clicking the Images tab.

Above: It's all well and goodmaking pretty patterns, but there's a battle to be won
