Secret GTA 5 feature lets you take to the skies... as a seagull?

I've been scouring the updated version of GTA 5 to discover all of the exclusive new content that's been added, and one update that Rockstar hasn't mentioned in the build up to release is the addition of a peyote plant collectible that, when consumed, sends you through a hallucinatory trip into the body of a random bird - be it a chicken-hawk, cormorant, pigeon, or even a mighty seagull.

The first of these peyote plants can be found at the top of Mount Chiliad, southeast of the cable car station by a pair of red flags. While on this 'spiritual journey' you can fly around to your heart's content, and there doesn't seem to be a time limit as long as you don't crash into anything. You can even swoop down the slopes into town and use the 'aerial attack' button to drop unwanted gifts on the folk below - be warned though, the police don't take kindly to dirty protests and will shoot you down if you persist!

There are 27 peyote plants in total to find, but it looks like each can only be used once - so make sure you save your progress before partaking if you want to easily have another go. Will other peyote plants let you become different animals? And what other crazy secrets are still lurking in GTA 5? Only time will tell, but stay with us and you'll be the first to know.
