Are you going to be at Sci-Fi-London this weekend? Come on, it's only the biggest dedicated SF festival in the UK! We've been plugging it in the mag for months so you must be all fired up by now.
There's loads going on, but selected highlights include the Douglas Adams Memorial Debate on Thursday, along with the official world premiere of the movie Things to Come. On Friday there's John Landis (free event folks, free!) as well as screenings of anime fun like Full Metal Alchemist: Conqueror Of Shamballa and Ghost In The Shell: Solid State Society. On Saturday there's the Blake's Seven Panel, and you might also want to check out Done The Impossible: The Fans' Tale of Firefly & Serenity. The world premiere of Captain Eager is at 7.15pm. It's the Hammer Horror all-nighter too!
On Sunday, if you're not tired out already, pit your wits against other fans, and certain members of the SFX team , at the famous Sci-Fi-London pub quiz (free event, from 1.30pm).
