Russell Crowe talks fighting General Zod in Man Of Steel
“He's very hard to put down”
Superman: Man Of Steel star Russell Crowe has been busy posting his thoughts to Twitter and as they didn't contain any poetry TF feels safe commenting on them.
What he did tell the world is that his turn as Jor-El in Zack Snyder's movie will include a more vigorous run in with General Zod than we've seen before.
“15km bike ride, umpteen hours fighting Michael Shannon. He's very hard to put down,” Crowe said of his Man Of Steel co-star.
When he was asked by a Twitter user if he wins the fight, he replied, “Hard to tell who wins, we are still fighting tomorrow.”
He did show his modest side in one reply, though: "Alas, I'm no superhero. Just related to one.”
"I'm trying to save a planet here," he added in another post.
Crowe seems to be enjoying his time filming in Vancouver if his Tweets are anything to go by, chatting about everything from the Rugby World Cup to the city on a sunny day.
