Rumour: Warner to release seven DC films between 2016 - 2018?
Justice League and Wonder Woman in the same year?
The rumour mill regarding Warner's future DC projects has gone into overdrive this morning, with a new report claiming to have seen the studio's official release schedule for the coming few years.
According to NikkiFinke.com , Warner is planning to release a Justice League movie and a Wonder Woman spin-off in 2017, along with a team-up project between The Flash and Green Lantern.
There are also 2016 slots for Shazam and Sandman, with Man Of Steel 2 expected to arrive in 2018. The full slate looks like this:
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice – May 2016
Shazam – July 2016
Sandman – Christmas 2016
Justice League – May 2017
Wonder Woman – July 2017
The Flash and Green Lantern Team-Up – Christmas 2017
Man Of Steel 2 – May 2018
That's a lot of spandex for one three-year period, with Shazam and the Flash/Green Lantern tie-up seemingly coming out of nowhere. Still, if DC is going to derail Marvel's cinematic dominance, it will have to think big...
