While it may seem as though every supporting player in the Marvel universe has been up for a solo project at one time or another, the most persistent rumours of recent years have surrounded whether or not we will see another Hulk movie any time soon.
That rumour is back up and running this morning, with original Hulk star Lou Ferrigno claiming that Marvel has pencilled in another standalone movie to arrive after Avengers: Age Of Ultron .
"Now, because he saved the day, they’re making another solo Hulk movie after the second Avengers comes out,” said Ferrigno in an interview with a Minnesotan radio station.
Exciting stuff then, although it should probably be noted that Ferrigno has made similar claims in the past, only for Kevin Feige to insist that nothing has been set in stone as yet.
We'd imagine there will be another Hulk movie along at some point down the track, but until official confirmation arrives, we'll have to make do with his appearance in Avengers: Age Of Ultron , which opens in the UK on 24 April 2015.
