Robert Downey Jr. talks hard-hitting court drama The Judge
Exclusive: “I've never seen more people cry”
In issue 225 of Total Film magazine , Robert Downey Jr. tells us about swapping his Iron Man suit for a tailored two-piece in prestige drama The Judge .
Inside the issue - which is available for just £1.99 on your iPad - Downey Jr. reveals that the hard-hitting film is a dream project for him.
"This is the kind of movie I grew up wanting to do," he says.
"The role's great but it's more what kind of movie it is: the script was really good, smart but not 'clever' or schmaltzy. Just reading through the script with the cast... I've never seen more people cry."
The Judge opens in the UK on 17 October.
