Capcom has confirmed a Remember Me release date of June 4 in North America and June 7 in Europe.
The third-person action adventure game is set in a futuristic surveillance society called Neo-Paris in the year 2084, when personal memories can be digitised, bought and sold.
Players take on the role of Nilin, an elite “memory hunter” who has had her own past wiped and finds herself on the run. In order to complete her goals and recover her own memory, Nilin has to combine her proficiency in martial arts with her ability to extract information directly from other people’s heads.
Earlier this month we caught up with a number of developers at Dontnod Entertainment to discuss the game, its unique location, and plenty more in this Remember Me interview.
Capcom also launched the following Remember Me trailer to coincide with today’s release date announcement for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC game.
