Ratchet & Clank All 4 One trailer shows off more weapons
This time the lombax is not alone
If there’s one thing the Ratchet & Clank series is known for, it’s Captain Quark. That guy’s a hoot. If there are TWO things it’s known for, the second would be weapons. Every Ratchet & Clank game has had completely outlandish firearms, from tornado launchers to guns that shoot disco balls to paralyze enemies with the power of funk. In a new trailer for the cooperative All 4 One, a few of the new tools of destruction are shown, including the Pyroblaster, the Arc Lasher, and more. Take a look.
To be honest, these might be the tamest weapons we’ve ever seen in a Ratchet & Clank game. Where are the spikey bouncing ball launchers? Where are the poisonous automated robotic nanobots? We want to see all of those—now!
Then again, part of the fun is finding them for ourselves, so maybe it’s best that they weren’t spoiled in this trailer. You hear that, Insomniac Games? Ignore what we said earlier. Keep them a secret, it’s cool. We know they’re there! You don’t have to show them to us!
