Pledge allegiance to this Yakuza: Dead Souls preorder trailer
All-American GameStop preorder bonuses are not to be trodden on
We're pretty sure that after watching this preorder trailer for Yakuza: Dead Souls, you'll automatically qualify as a proud American citizen – even if you've never even come here for so much as a visit. Is this an elaborate satire, cooked up to poke fun at the Western fondness for preorder bonuses – or is it just the best damn treat Uncle Sam ever saw fit to bestow upon loyal consumers? You're free to judge for yourself – and don't you ever forget it.
Above: You don't even have to be American to dig this clip. You just have to know awesome when you see it
Pre-ordering Yakuza: Dead Souls at GameStop will net you 8 bonus Super Weapons, 14 regular guns, over 20 extra items and 8 pretty little hostess outfits. If you take to Al Gore's own Internet, however, you'll be able to preorder online – which'll get you the God Bless America costumes seen here, bonus missions, further bonus co-op items, and some extra CG movies for watching when you're tired out from all that all-American ass-kicking. The full game releases next Tuesday, though, so you'll have to be quick if you don't want to be stuck with the regular edition like some non-America-dwelling loser.
