P is for Pain is the new contender for Mario Maker's hardest level

Move over PangeaPanga, there's a new Mario Maker in town, and he wants your crown for the most hellmouthy Mario levels in the world. The below creation from Dan Salvato is called P is for Pain and even watching it is totally squirm inducing. Think more Meat Boy than Mario and you get the idea.

"This is the only "extreme challenge" level I've created, whereas my others focus on puzzles or simply unsettling atmosphere," Salvato says on Reddit. "Mario Maker, although somewhat limited, is an amazing creative outlet for aspiring game designers."

If you want to try it for yourself, it's course number 7FD3-0000-0095-698B and if you want to see more from Dan tap the heart icon and he'll appear in your list of makers. Good luck.
