Our videogame Christmas cards, rated
We mercilessly judge the papery gifts kindly sent to us by the gaming industry, like big rotten children
Best wishes from... Nintendo
Woah there. Ninty has a wealth of inconic videogame heroes, but it opts for a simple row of houses with gurning lifestyle models peeking through? Then we get a Nintendo 2008 calendar, and it too is stuffed with clinical pictures of TV people. Talk about missed opportunities.
Visuals | 6 | Boring houses, topped off inside by terribly dreary lifestyle photography
Festiveness | 8 | We can't ignore the red-nosed reindeer or red-hatted snowman outside
Composition | 6 | One of those 'nice in theory' but 'rubbish in practice' thingumies
Effort | 7 | The sad thing is that quite a lot of thought probably went into this card
Score: 6
