He’s following his old cast mate Jane Badler onto the new show
A few months back it was revealed that Jane Badler, who starred in the original V as evil alien Diana, would be appearing in the second series of the revamped V as Anna’s mother. Now a second actor from the original series is set to make a V comeback. According to TV Guide , Marc Singer, who played journalist-turned-resistance fighter Mike Donovan (and also starred in Beastmaster ) will be playing a new character named Lars Tremont in ABC’s remake. Lars is a apparently member of a super top secret organisation comprised of high-ranking military and government leaders from around the globe, who have long suspected that the Visitors — despite what they tell us — are very much not here in peace. (Mark, just a word of advice, mate – don’t get used to a regular wage cheque.)
