Sony Computer Entertainment has finally released an official application for creating custom PSP XMB themes.
You can nab the tool for free fromSCE Japan's website- and the good news is its fully inEnglish and doesn't require a Photoshop degree to make something half decent with.
We're currently hard at work on ournew background theme, but still can't help wondering who would want to replace the PSP and PS3's beautiful background animation, which cheers us up every month with its changing colours.
