I remember buying an entry-level gaming PC in 2020 and I paid this sort of money and didn't even get a GPU in my machine. For under $700 here you get an RTX 3060, a Ryzen 5 5000 series processor, 16GB of DDR4, and a 512GB SSD.

Luckily, the motherboard and CPU both seem DDR5 compatible, and the 650W PSU would absolutely be capable of upgrades later.

Buy it if:

✅ You want a gaming PC for under a grand

Don't buy it if:

Save $500 - Interestingly, we actually saw a very similar Acer Nitro deal at almost the exact same price for Presi Day last year. This build comprises a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13400F CPU, 16GB of DDR5, 1TB of SSD, and a lovely little RTX 3050. For an entry-level gaming PC under $700, that's actually pretty adorable, and it's all powered by Acer, which is a very reliable brand in this space. 

Buy it if: 

✅ You're a first-time gaming PC buyer
✅ Your budget is tight
✅ You're ok with 1080p specs to begin with

Don't buy it if: 

❌ You aren't keen on loud fans

Save $700 - This has a pretty gargantuan saving to it, and arguably, this PC should never be set up as high as $1,799 anyway. Regardless, Ipason has a hell of a rig for the price here - you get an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F CPU, an RTX 4060, 32GB of DDR5, and a 1TB SSD. Especially since 32GB of DDR5 is worth considering.

✅ You need the RAM
