Showtime has unveiled a new trailer for the fifth season of Homeland, with Carrie placing herself back in the firing line once more, as she endeavours to continue the job of "keeping America safe".
However, Carrie is no longer one of the CIA's brightest and best, having relocated to Berlin where she is working as the head of security for a German philanthropist. Needless to say Saul is none too impressed, accusing her of "turning her back on her entire life". Because it's not like she's given enough already, is it?

Despite no longer being part of the CIA, it doesn't seem like Carrie's life is any less dangerous, with the latest trailer seeing her end up with a bag over her head once again. Trouble is never far away from Ms Mathison…. The new series of Homeland will debut on Showtime later this year.
