New international trailer for 300: Rise Of An Empire: watch now
"I will attack the Greeks with my entire navy"
A new 60-second trailer for 300: Rise Of An Empire has been unveiled online, but don't be fooled by the meagre running time - it packs a heck of a lot of stuff into just one minute.
Though there's not much new footage to speak of, the sequel to Zack Snyder's 2006 epic certainly looks impressive enough.
With sequences set at sea this time, standout action set-pieces seem to take place aboard Eva Green's battleship, plus there are hints that Lena Headey will be jumping around with a sword in her hand.
Check it out below…
Based on Frank Miller's follow-up graphic novel Xerxes , 300: Rise Of An Empire follows Themistocles (Sullivan Stapleton) as he goes up against Xerxes' (Rodrigo Santoro) Persian army.
Directed by Noam Murro and starring Lena Headey, Sullivan Stapleton, Eva Green and Rodrigo Santoro, the sequel will open in the UK on 7 March 2014.
