A new red-band trailer has appeared online for R-rated animated comedy, Hell & Back, in which a trio of friends unwittingly open a portal to the underworld. When one of them is accidentally sucked in, his two buddies decide to follow in an attempt to bring him back to the land of the living.
Presented by Shadow Machine, the animation studio behind the likes of Robot Chicken and Bojack Horseman, the new trailer wastes little time in setting the tone with a gag comparing masturbation to hand rape. Put simply, you’ll know if this one is for you or not pretty quickly. Check out the trailer, below…
T.J. Miller, Nick Swardson and Rob Riggle all lend their voices to the central trio of characters, while the likes of Mila Kunis, Susan Sarandon, Danny McBride and Bob Odenkirk are all set to pop up along the way. Directed by Tom Gianas and Ross Shuman, Hell & Back will open in the US on October 9, 2015 with a UK date to be confirmed.
