The dead are coming in ominous Game of Thrones season 6 trailer
The sixth season of Game of Thrones is just around the corner, and HBO have released a brand new trailer for the upcoming batch of episodes that is sure to get you even more pumped for what lies ahead. Spoiler; it will probably involve lots and lots of death, blood and destruction. Check it out below...
It's a little light on Jon Snow footage, but there is plenty to get excited about in this insane two minute promo; there's Sansa vowing revenge on Ramsay, the return of the Greyjoys, the showdown between Tyrion and the dragons, and multiple glimpses at what is being hyped as Game of Thrones biggest battle scene yet.
Add in some great one-liners - Tyrion's "That's what I do. I drink and I know things" was arguably my favourite moment of the entire promo - and you have yourself a pretty epic trailer. The wait for the season 6 premiere just became that much longer.
Season 6 of Game of Thrones premieres on HBO on April 24, 2016 in the US, and airs on Sky Atlantic the next day in the UK.
